Why Real Food Makes a Difference

Dogs’ digestive systems are built to process raw animal protein efficiently. Kibble is a modern convenience. Real food is what their bodies were designed for.

Complete protein from whole muscle meat

Not rendered, not processed. Real protein that builds lean muscle.

Calcium and phosphorus from real bone

In the ratios nature designed — not synthetic mineral supplements.

Organ nutrition no supplement can replicate

Liver alone contains more vitamin A, B12, and folate than any commercial supplement.

Natural moisture — 70%+ water content

Dogs on raw often drink less. Better hydration, naturally.

Digestive enzymes processed food destroys

Supporting gut health and immune function from the inside out.

Weeks 1-2

Digestion resets

Stools become smaller, firmer, and far less odorous than kibble stools. Lighter in colour is normal — it comes from the bone content. Many owners notice their
dog drinks slightly less water — raw has much higher moisture content than kibble.

Weeks 1-2

The coat changes

More shine, less shedding, softer texture. Skin settles. Breath improves significantly. Energy levels even out — consistent without the post-meal crash that often follows kibble.

Month 2 onward

Body composition shifts

Lean muscle becomes more visible. Dogs who were overweight naturally lean out. Dogs who were underweight build condition. This is the long game — the reason raw feeding becomes permanent for most owners who try it.

How to Serve It

IPC meals are designed to be served raw. But a gentle cook is a good starting point if you prefer.

recommended

✓Serve raw

Cool from the fridge. Slice or squeeze out your portion and serve. Preserves all natural enzymes, moisture, and nutrients intact.

Optional

✓Serve Gently Cooked

Lightly sear or steam until the surface changes colour only. Never fully cook — destroys key enzymes. Once settled, try moving back toward raw.

Storage & Cold Chain

IPC meals go from our production facility to your freezer. Keeping the cold chain intact is straightforward.

Keep frozen, thaw in fridge overnight at 0–4°C,

Pre-portion and refreeze for convenience

Zip-lock bags for daily portions work great.

Freezer space: A 1lb tube is compact — a month’s supply for a medium dog fits in a single freezer drawer.

FEEDING

GUIDE

Rule Of Thumb:

Feed 2–3% of body weight per day
(20.3–0.5 oz/lb), then adjust ±10–20% for activity, age, and body condition. Puppies: 5–8% split into 2–3 meals

How Much to Feed

Feed 2–3% of your dog’s ideal body weight per day. Adjust for activity level, age, and condition.

Our 1lb tube = 454g. A 40lb moderate-activity dog uses approximately 1 tube per day. Ribs should be easily felt but not visible. Adjust by 10% every 2weeks.
